Steve's responsibility includes over seeing Service, Installation, Management Information, Purchasing and Finance. Steve has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Columbia University School of Engineering and Applied Sciencewith a major in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science degree, also from Columbia University, majoring in Management Engineering.

Bob Cannaday

Bob’s career in telecommunication spans over 35 years of industry experience. His background started as an installation technician for a mid size interconnect company based in central Pennsylvania while he earned his Electrical Engineering Degree and he progressed through engineering, sales and management positions with RCA Service Company, GE and Motorola. He also started and managed a very successful company that provided national engineering and consulting services to fortune 1000 companies for 13 years until it was bought out.
His resume highlights several successful accomplishments in the telecommunications field including a patent award from RCA’s David Sarnoff Research Labs in Princeton, NJ. He holds technical certifications on over 21 Manufactures products as well as outstanding achievement awards from RCA and Motorola.

Jeff is a nationally recognized expert in installation and trouble-resolution on telephone switches. He regularly receives calls from around the country to provides his expertise. He has earned advanced certification and is expert on numerous telephone systems and products including Toshiba, TIE, AT&T, Ericson, Comdial, Vertical, Valcom, MultiTech, Key Voice, ESI, Siemens HiCom and Panasonic TDA, TVA and TDE. Jeff is also trained on Microsoft Windows administration as well as IP networking. Jeff has worked for over over 25 years in the telecommunications industry including the operation of his own technical consulting firm in the telecommunications field.
More importantly to us and to our customers, he has an uncanny ability to understand each particular customer's call handling/call processing needs after only a short interview. He can then translate those needs into a set of integrated features and functions from the phone systems and voicemail systems we provide to meet or exceed that customer's expectations.
Jeff not only exhibits these qualities on the systems he installs but, as the Fields Supervisor responsible for all installations, he trains all of our technicians in these skills and abilities and monitors their performance resulting is the delivery of superior installations to all of our customers.
Joe Groves
Customer Dispatch
Joe Groves has worked in Customer Service for over 25 years, finding ways to keep customers satisfied even when it appears impossible.
Joe's responsibilities include scheduling, dispatching our field technicians, discussing problems, issues and system concerns with customers, determining what kind of service is necessary and then scheduling to provide that service on an appropriate and timely schedule. Joe schedules all installations and coordinates deliveries of equipment to meet those schedules. Joe is also responsible for handling carrier issues, including line and high speed internet connection outages. Joe orchestrates there resolution with the customer, the carrier and with our service technicians.

Jim Harvey joined the USA PhoneCenters Business Development team in 1999, bringing with him twenty years of business marketing experience. As a Business Development professional, Jim uses his marketing and networking strategies to fill client needs for new equipment and services.

Thurman Jay Gates has been in the telecommunications business for over 40 years. For the past 23 years, he owned and operated Riverside Communications, providing Phone and Security Systems for business ranging from small offices to networked national accounts.
In 2005, Riverside Communications merged its phone system clients with USA PhoneCenters. Thurman maintains and continues to independently operate his Security business. He is also affiliated with USA PhoneCenters and continues to consult with his customers to develop new phone system opportunities.
His consultation exists of a comprehensive review of the clients existing services, including phone and data records with the goal to reduce your monthly cost.
