Tech

Senior Field Technician
Job responsibilities are, but not limited to, PBX service calls, PBX setup, PBX design, and PBX layout. Technician will be responsible for His/Her own Personal Development Plan and take action to insure the advancement in new technology areas. This opportunity requires 5-10 years industry experience and 3-5 years experience in installing, servicing and cutting over medium to large PBX systems. An in depth knowledge of IP, Frame Relay, T1, and PRI is a must. The ideal candidate will have certifications or past experience with Cisco, Siemens and/or Comdial products.

Cable Installer
Job responsibilities are, but not limited to, installing cabling at new and existing system installations. Installer will be responsible for His/Her own Personal Development Plan and take action to insure the advancement in new technology areas and advancement to Technician level employment. This opportunity requires a minimum of 6 months of telecommunication experience. Candidate must be a self-starter and able to work with little direction. Knowledge of cabling components and cable types is a must. The ideal candidate will have certification or past experience in structured cabling systems.

Sales

Responsibilities will be to collect & schedule sales leads for new opportunities. Help prepare proposals for systems and solutions. Help manage client & agent relationships. No past experience in telecommunications needed. Would prefer 1-year experience in a sales type environment. The right candidates will possess good organizational, writing, and communication skills.

Account Executive
Responsible for providing customers with telecommunications solutions. A successful Account Executive will development new business which includes communication systems, IP Telephony, LAN and WAN connectivity solutions, messaging systems and total communications solutions. Account Executive will also handle agents relationship building with our agents for local, long distance and Internet access. The ideal candidate will possess relationship building, organizational and communication skills. This opportunity requires 3-5 years direct industry experience selling to mid and large markets. Past experience with Cisco, Siemens and/or Comdial are a plus.
