The company contracted with USA Phone.com to provide the Panasonic TDE-100 Hybrid IP “converged PBX phone system” with 36 VoIP telephones, a unified messaging voicemail system. The installation included two consoles for the receptionists for fast call transfers and 36 IP phones able to work from corporate offices or remote sites anywhere in the world.

Haggerty said, with the stress involved with the fire, USA Phone.com was “wonderful to work with.”

“They walked us through all our options and then ran with the project,” said Haggerty. “They expedited everything –equipment, cable work and installation – and got us back up and running very fast.”
